His vision is to guide 100,000 leaders in the for-purpose sector towards greater meaning, impact and stewardship. 

Over the past decade he has worked closely with senior leadership teams, trained over 500 mid and senior level leaders, and provided ongoing one-to-one coaching to scores of leaders leading teams in the for-purpose sector.

Separate from Centre & Edge Leadership, Manav continues to provide coaching, leadership and team development to purpose-led organisations.

Why I Built Centre & Edge Leadership

Over the past decade I have worked closely with leaders and diverse leadership teams across the for-purpose sector. What I have consistently seen is that most organisations are experiencing similar types of issues as it relates to their leaders.

Reactive Leadership

The pressures of their roles keep most leaders stuck in a reactive mode of leadership. Usually they are overwhelmed and lack the contextual understanding and self-awareness they need to get themselves out of autopilot mode.

Stagnation

Most leaders and their teams stop growing in skills, perspective and resilience. Their focus on meeting deadlines and deliverables keeps them in a perpetual state of stagnation.

Functional Disunity

Most leaders are unaware of the ways in which they inadvertently misuse their power, inhibit psychological safety and diminish engagement in their teams. The result is that their teams experience a level of functional disunity. Often this is masked and invisible on the day-to-day, however under pressure the cracks start appearing.
